Helfer: The Burdens and Benefits of Brighton

Laurence R. Helfer (Duke Univ. - Law) has posted an ESIL Reflection on The Burdens and Benefits of Brighton. This is the inaugural essay in a new ESIL initiative, the purpose of which is to "offer up-to-date reflections on current topics or developments in international law in a way that is relatively accessible to non-experts." The editors of ESIL Reflections are Jan Klabbers, André Nollkaemper (editor in chief), and Thomas Skouteris. Further information can be found here on the European Society's newly redesigned website.
